Coping with everyday stress and dealing with unexpected and disappointing life events can be dis-empowering, bring us down and lead us to engage in self defeating behaviour in our attempt to cope. During these times, it can be helpful to seek out the assistance of another in order to help ourselves to get back on track to living a happy, healthy and fulfilling life.
My service provides motivational counselling that is designed to empower you by assisting you to become aware of your own strengths and how to apply them effectively in your everyday life. My therapeutically approach assists you in developing and discovering strategies and coping skills required to achieve optimal emotional and mental health.
I provide a relaxed, anonymous, non-judgmental, and strictly confidential therapeutic environment
What to expect?
All sessions are confidential with respect for you an in a non-judgmental setting. I will have a strength based focus and will empower you to find your own strengths and resources to manage a good work/life and wellbeing
Depending on the issue(s) you would like to have assessed or be supported in - an appropriate theoretical approach will be applied.
It can be short term interventions, solution focused sessions or long term therapy.
I will make recommendations on the number of sessions required but it is always your decision to make.
